The plan needed to include prioritized regional and country-market investment specifics, multi-year revenue goals, and share-of-market objectives for the global partners’ investment and expansion consideration. This would include planning across and within payer, provider, governmental, life sciences, and medical device segments in the Americas; Western, Central, and Eastern Europe; the Middle East; Africa; and Asia-Pacific regions. In order to secure partner support for and confidence in the global plan, a tremendous amount of varied information needed to be developed, analyzed, organized and delivered in a strategic investment and industry growth narrative.
