Engagement
Over a three-year period, Pilgrim conducted a series of service design, market entry and product portfolio expansion projects to support the planning and implementation of services for the new business. Projects included services assessments, the design of a services framework, a competitive channel strategy, a partner enablement study, and support services assessments and design.
These projects led to continued enhancements and updates for tools, processes, practices and offerings in order to improve the performance and growth of the services portfolio over time.

The client established significant share of market in year one and hit each of its first-year performance benchmarks, boosting top and bottom line financial performance.
