Though the firm held a unique leadership position within a niche industry segment, it faced a number of challenges. Its business development and strategic account management processes were largely outdated and it was getting harder to win larger projects. A fresh approach to its value propositions and operational effectiveness was needed.

A global IT provider was launching a new line of products and needed plans to develop and execute the integration and support services to ensure success.
